We Dream…
…Of becoming a ministry that will instill in its students a hunger
to know God more.
…Of developing a ministry capable of creating an attraction within
its students that will cause others to desire the faith they have.
…Of instilling in our youth the Spiritual disciplines and a desire
to make them a part of their life.
…Of fostering a desire in our students to do ministry within their
communities, and across state and national borders.
…Of discipling our students to become the next generation of
faithful church leaders.
…Of developing a ministry that will incorporate youth into the
community of the church instead of just youth ministry.
…For our students
…Of developing a team of committed volunteer youth workers that will
be F.A.T. (Faithful, Available, and Teachable) role models in our
ministry.
…Of training that team in basic youth ministry principles so that
they may be able to best serve the youth and the community of church
believers.
…Of empowering that team to do ministry with the gifts and talents
God has granted them by giving them the opportunity to develop
programs suited to those gifts.
…Of serving and nurturing our team so that they understand their
importance in the role of God’s work in the ministry.
…For our staff.
We Dream…
…Of developing programs to help parents understand the changes, and
maturing processes their kids are going through to help alleviate
conflicts at home.
…Of training our parents in more effective conflict and crisis
management strategies.
…Of investing time in building relationships between parents and
students so that both parties may understand their importance to
each other and the family of God.
…Of getting parents involved in the lives of our students so that
they may be the role models God intended them to be.
…Of nurturing and serving our parents, as they are the greatest influence on the lives of our students, as well as the lifeblood of our volunteer staff.
…For our parents.
We Dream…
…Of
doing God’s will in all circumstances guided by the Holy Spirit and
God’s word.
…Of
serving God in whatever manner we feel he is calling us.
…For our love of God.
