Children's Sunday Activities

If this is your first time visiting First Baptist Church of Greenwood, we want to welcome you and your children! We hope you enjoy your visit.

If your children will be joining us for JOY Kids at 9:30am, or for Kids Connection at 11:00am, please come to our Welcome Center just inside the main doors of the building (doors facing Averitt Rd.) A church member will greet you and get you connected with our Director of Youth and Families, who will then help your children to their age level classroom.

JOY Kids (Bible Lessons)

3 Years to 5th Grade

9:30 AM

When Jesus taught, He used everyday objects to help people remember God's truth. Our teachers use this "Hands-On" approach every week to help kids learn the Bible.

Kids Connection (Worship)

Ages 5yrs. to 3rd grade

11 AM 

A team of teachers will be leading this worship time in one of the classrooms, on all Sundays except the first Sunday of each month. On the first Sunday of the month, kids are invited to remain in the Sanctuary to participate in our Family Worship Service.

 

Family Worship

First Sunday of every month, kids and youth will join the adults in the Sanctuary for Worship & Communion.
