Sunday Activities
If this is your first time visiting First Baptist Church of Greenwood, we want to welcome you and your children! We hope you enjoy your visit. If your children will be joining us for JOY Kids at 10am, or for Kids Connection at 11am, please come to our Welcome Station just inside the main doors of the building (doors facing Averitt Rd.). A church member will greet you and then connect you to our Children’s Ministry Coordinator to help your children to their classroom. We hope to see you soon!
5 yrs to 5th Grade 10 AM Sunday
When Jesus taught, He used everyday objects to help people remember God's truth. Our teachers use this "Hands-On" approach every week to help kids learn the Bible.
5yrs. to 5th grade 11 AM Sunday
252 Kids curriculum combines child development and theology to create a comprehensive children’s ministry curriculum and strategy. Kids Connection takes place on all Sundays except the first Sunday of each month. On the first Sunday of the month, kids are invited to remain in the Sanctuary to participate in our Family Worship Service.
Family worship takes place on the first Sunday of every month, where kids and youth will join the adults in the Sanctuary for Worship and Communion.
Nursery/childcare is provided at the 10am bible study hour and the 11am second service.
